Really? You've never had fried ice cream? You simply must take yourself to the nearest Mexican restaurant and you are not allowed to leave without getting this fabulous dessert. It is basically a battered ice cream dessert. The outter "fried" shell is actually corn flakes and honey and the whole dessert is usually topped with chocolate syrup and whipped cream. Yum!
